National Flag of India

A flag is a symbolic proclamation of the attributes and aspirations of a body,and when it is the flag of a nation it stands for the whole spirit of its people.Indian flag consists of three different colours so it is also called "Tiranga".It has three horizontal stripes of saffron ,white and green.The white stripe holds a chakra (24 spokes) at the center.
Dr.Radhakrishnan who offered the colours and chakra of the flag in the constituent assembly.It was accepted and thus we got our tricolour.
The saffron in the flag stands for renunciation of disinterestedness.The white at center denotes the path of truth to guide and peace.The green shows our close heartly relation to soil i.e motherland.
The Ashoka chakra on the flag has 24 spokes and the ratio between the length and width of the flag has to be 3:2.
The display of national flag is governed by the provosions of emblems and names (prevention of Improper use) act,1950 and the Prevention of insults to national honour act 1971.The flag code of india ,2002 is a step to bring together all such laws,conventions,practices and instructions for the guidence in this respect.
The flag code of India ,consists of three parts -
(i) general description of national flag.
(ii) display of national flag by members of public,private organisations,and educational institutions.
(iii) display of national flag by central and state governments.

10th Result BIHAR BOARD /Bihar MATRIC RESULT 203

RESULT will publish soon on 4th june evening or 5th june morning. Bihar School Examination Board is established for conducting examination at the end of the Secondary School stage.
Normally every year the BSEB conducts Annual Secondary School Examination in the month of February/March 
and Supplementary School Examination in the month of August/September for 10th and 12th exam i.e matric and inter exam respectively.
The annual exam of 10th held on 13-3-2013 to 19-3-2013 by the board.
The result will announce on 4th june evening by the board.

Motihari a clean town- ? a joke

Motihari is the HQ of East Champaran district.The town having wide roads ,better connectivity and also a central university has been sanctioned.While roaming on the roads i realize it is the most dirtiest town that i ever went.Plastics,cow dunk,hospital wastes,shop wastes are disposed main road.The government is trying to deliver best services but still the people are not in any mood of change to accept better life-style.

It is too raining in the starting of June itself.

Naxal problem:How to Eliminate it

On 25th may 2013 the naxalites killed 30 peoples in sukma destrict of Chattisgarh.Among those maximum people were the activist of congress party.Top 3 leaders of congress party included in those 30.
The question is that what is the solution option
(1)by talk
(2)by military operation

Point is that after killing of leaders then the government woke up.The people who are telling that because of lack of development it occured,then i will clear that what type of development they need.They are drinking mineral water bottles,then how can some of our leaders say that they are bpl family members.If you consider the cases of Bihar ,Jharkhand even they are asking commission from everyone.so i wanna say that no economial reform is needed for that.
There is only one solution i.e by military operation with the brutal killings of naxalites ,known as tit for that.
If the state and central show their" icchashakti"there after only it is possible.According to some news channel ,sukma is maximum covered by forest and forest is the safest shelter for maoists.They said their is no government in that area.The forces have to follow the attacking methods of naxalites itself to wash out them.
just cover all around the forest and start combing operation ,for this operation more than 5000 paramilitary forces required.But due to weak governance of central it is not possible,also some human right activist will start their drama on it.
Anyway if government show their  stand tough on the naxalites then surely the killers naxalites will be no more.
